Soon, Danie and Team are just phenomenal with service and looking after one’s property. Mostly importantly, how detailed they diagnose the problems of the client concerns, even provide alternative solutions in case they can’t resolve the issue immediately. A week ago, my bakkie was leaking water from the Engine, i dropped them the WhatsApp to ask whether i could bring it the next morning if it would move, and some suspensions issues I had, they gladly responded to say i could bring it despite their heavy busy schedule with other customers vehicles. I was updated with progress by Belinda all the time, even seeking for permission to order the broken, worn out parts, also that my car will be in their care due to undrivability. When the parts arrived, I was notified while they work on it, since it was due for service, I asked for service to be done and that was done without any hassles and or pushbacks. I sincerely respect the eCar Bloemfontein team. I had referred few clients, my Colleagues and friengs to them since I had known them, and I have never heard of any issues they experienced with eCar Team.Thank you Team
