Never ever use their services. They will cause extensive damage to your vehicle. Had a timing belt done there last year, due to their incompetence they have caused extensive damage to my engine. They should be removed from the RMI and Miwa!!!! Do not use them! The reason why Premier was never contacted I. This whole time is because I only found out they were the reason for the damage to my vehicle on the day of the review. If someone fits your timing belt incorrectly and it results in 60k damages. Then there is no way that you ever trust that service provider to ever touch your property again and nor would you want any other person to go through the same experience.
IMRAN was very helpful and friendly. Would recomend Premier Auto Services.

Lack in clear communication leading to a horrible experience. Please check your records of when i checked my Triton in. It stated to check the ABS light that had come on. Collected the car today and the ABS light was still on. Gutted. Arrived on day three to collect the car, only to find out the car was not ready, with zero prior communication. Looked online for a Triton L200 tappet gasket cover, seeing that they inflated the pricing by over 3X. I chose this establishment by purely reading the reviews on google. Utterly dissapointed i did not get the same service that many have received.

I paid them for some parts for my car and they said they will call me back when it's arrive they said it's will take a week.After two weeks I called them to see what's happening and they told me they don't know what I'm talking about.I show them the invoice and asked for my refund. They that they will refund me but they didn't. I had to call them every day for a week and to go to the police and just after a week they finally refunded me my money. Can't trust them and 100% don't recommend to no body to deal with them!

It's my first time using an aftermarket service center and Wow the experience I have had with Premier Auto Services is beyond expectations.Nelly quoted me for my service I booked my vehicle in with her because the service pricing was ridiculous cheap compared to a dealership.When I came in Imraan was my Service Adviser he informed me and kept me upto date timousley. Bash the Branch Manager introduced himself made me feel at home offered me coffee something to eat he kept checking up on all the customers in the waiting area. Took my vehicle for an unplanned inspection on a Saturday morning, Imran & Jerry assisted me. They tested my vehicle battery & all fuses trying to diagnose the fault. Very professional, helpful & speedy service.

By far the best Service I have recieved.I visited 2 places before them with no luck as It was a emergency and needed my vehicle repaired. These guys took on my vehicle and repaired it immediately as it's was just a casual days work .I appreciate it alot .
