I value reviews so I'll be 100% honest about my full experience. I had a great experience at B & R Auto e-Car from the start till the end. I asked for a service quote very early in the morning and Logan gave me the quote a few minutes later. I asked if I could bring my car in the same day (because I'd be unavailable to take the car for the rest of the week) and they obliged. I got there and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They did the checklist, I signed off and they took me back to work. They communicated with me throughout the day with findings and recommendations. They were affordable and efficient. They later called me again to say that my car was ready for collection. They offered to fetch me from work to the workshop, which they then did. Stress free, convenient experience.

In April 2025 our Ford Everest had a clunking noise when accelerating & decelerating. We initially took the car to Ford and they couldn't find the actual cause after changing the brakes & discs. We thereafter took the car to B & R auto in Jacobs, they suspected it's the propshaft so they took it for diagnostic and our car was fixed within a period of 2 weeks. We didn't pay a cent because the warranty paid all the costs. A week after getting the car back we drove from Durban to Pretoria and back and we had a very smooth ride. We're now in August 2025 and the sound hasn't returned😊. Thank you B&R Auto for a very professional and excellent service and for always updating us while the car was still in your care. Keep up the good work guys!

This place is Scamming customers and it so SAD that they were referred by the most reliable company to sort out my ECU problem instead they charged me R1500 to look for a problem and then wanted to Charge me R4500 as a start up price to go fix ECU communication with the key in JHB , when I suggested that can we look around in Durban there must be a place where they can fix ECU this Logan guy became very rude and saying I should have then taken my car to those people which indeed i did DSA ELECTRONICS fixed my ECU within 30 minutes and i am back on the road they only Charge me way less then what you charged me even for checking the problem.

I had to have my brake pads on my BMW X4 changed and I could not afford SMG prices so I got a recommendation from a friend about this place. It was my very first time using them and I was a little bit scared. However they put my mind at ease firstly the staff are very friendly and informative. Plus they try to make a plan for you to make things a little less expensive. They even gave me a lift home after I dropped off my car in the morning. Very cool of them and they kept in touch with me throughout the day. I highly recommend them for Minor and major services on any car especially if you can't afford the dealership hefty prices. I'll be using them from now on. Thanks guys

These guys re-gassed my Aircon. They have the correct equipment that vacuums the old gas out before they put new gas in. They started working on my car right away without an appointment and the whole process only took about 20 min My Aircon is working 100% now. R632 very well spent. Thanks guys !
