“I recently purchased a Honda CRV from Barloworld Preowned on Edwin Swales Drive, Rossburgh. My vehicle came into your Branch in Jacobs for a service last week, and I took delivery on Friday, 4/5/18. Unfortunately I noticed an oil leak when I moved it on the weekend. I immediately contacted Barloworld on Monday morning and was directed by the Salesman Dean, to take it in to your workshop. I arrived early this morning before your premises could even open.I was unaware that there was no communication between Barloworld and B&R Auto. However, This was not a issue.I received attention immediately by the first Technician that opened the premises. Baboo arrived, reassured me that my car will be sorted out. Tea was arranged whilst I waited for my vehicle. It was discovered that the oil was leaking from a faulty oil filter that was supplied. Because of the awkward position of the oil filter it took at least two hours to remove the old one and replace it with a new one.The area that was messed in the process was all cleaned and it was a pleasure to take my car, knowing that the matter was dealt in such a professional manner.
