Had an issue with my Volvo S40 this week, the power steering gave in and after having a questionable service with the bozos at Cape Town fitment center I browsed online and came across e-car. Folks were saying some good things on their reviews, so I gave them a go and I was not disappointed. The boys out at Montague gardens, Russel and Dean, a sort of Batman and Robin (father and son) Lol!! duo saved the day saved me some bucks too 😉 and set my car straight.. very very pleased and will be recommending them to friends, Once again, thanks to those guys… too many folks out there out to make a quick buck and not being forth coming with their customers!

My car broke down last week Friday 14/9/2018 in Modimolle on my way back to Polokwane.
Within 15min of phoning Gerald Laing from your Modimolle branch he was on the scene and really went out of his way to assist me. Throughout the whole process he kept me up to date on all the issues and advised me in a really professional manner. When I fetched my car yesterday afternoon, it was followed by a call when I got home to find out if I had arrived safe and if the car was still fine. I am really very happy with the friendly and professional service I received and would highly recommend him and this branch to everyone I know!

“I booked in my vehicle, 2007 Audi A4 2.0 TDI, during October this year at Top Care Auto Clinic (e-car) Greenstone branch to have a new alternator fitted. I came in that afternoon at 4:45 pm (they close at 5:00 pm) and Glen gave me 1 1/4 hours of his time until 6:00 pm taking me through every detail of what was wrong with my car. We stood underneath the hoisted car and he showed me how liquid had leaked into the “starter” and burnt it out resulting from the concentric cylinder on the clutch not having been replaced when my new clutch was fitted. He was friendly, professional and patient. I will definitely recommend Top Care Auto Clinic to my friends and business colleagues and in fact to anyone who ever asks me if I know a good and reasonably priced mechanic.”

“I recently purchased a Honda CRV from Barloworld Preowned on Edwin Swales Drive, Rossburgh. My vehicle came into your Branch in Jacobs for a service last week, and I took delivery on Friday, 4/5/18. Unfortunately I noticed an oil leak when I moved it on the weekend. I immediately contacted Barloworld on Monday morning and was directed by the Salesman Dean, to take it in to your workshop. I arrived early this morning before your premises could even open.I was unaware that there was no communication between Barloworld and B&R Auto. However, This was not a issue.I received attention immediately by the first Technician that opened the premises. Baboo arrived, reassured me that my car will be sorted out. Tea was arranged whilst I waited for my vehicle. It was discovered that the oil was leaking from a faulty oil filter that was supplied. Because of the awkward position of the oil filter it took at least two hours to remove the old one and replace it with a new one.The area that was messed in the process was all cleaned and it was a pleasure to take my car, knowing that the matter was dealt in such a professional manner.
We always complain about poor service, but the good ones are sometimes not acknowledged. I thought it important for you to know that there are some companies very dedicated to good customer service,and you can be proud of your one being among them.”

I took my car in on Saturday (02.12.2017) to have my brakes and ball joints changed and was amazed by the hospitality and professionalism received.
