“ Dear eCar. I have been your customer for a while now and have two of my passenger motor cars serviced/looked after by one of your branches. I just have to pass a compliment to your team at the Parow branch (DM service centre). I have had unfortunately so many previously bad experiences with my cars from others, that I’m so glad I finally found eCar DM service centre. Not only are they accommodating and helpful however I am also very impressed with the service I have received from Lorenzo from the very first time I have started going there. I like his approach, his honesty and “no nonsense” attitude, where truly the customer & their vehicle are not to be messed around with. I feel as though my cars have finally found a place that genuinely care about getting the job right, rather than just getting it done any how with keeping my budget in mind too. I also have to mention Lindsey whose always so polite and very courteous that one is made to feel so pleasant.
